User's notes

The moth was quite small, around 7mm in length, and was an overall very bright metallic gold colour in direct sunlight. The camera flash has been used here to highlight the variations in scale colours and patterns that were hidden by that overwhelming bright gold colour. The moth was quite active, moving from flower to flower before leaving the area. Thanks to Barbara for the initial sighting.
