I believe this is Centrothele sp. a genus of Lamponidae family (white-tailed spiders) that we don't get often. I'm confirming with someone else and we would need to add it as a genus, so I'll do that once I receive confirmation.
The white dots are two of its eyes, catching the light. This iNaturalist observation shows it well. https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/156200913

I've confirmed as Lamponidae family. I couldn't get confirmation of genus, sub-family Centrothelinae, likely Centrothele genus, but family may have to do for now. I'll keep the sighting flagged and try to come back to it at some point.
