Many moths will be attracted to lights or enter houses apparently regardless of their origin., including migratory species.

I think this most looks like Syneora excursaria including the diagnostic criteria 'B' and possibly 'C' that MoV cite on their page 2/2 for this species on their supporting CD to part 7, however this specimen seems to lack the prominent black dot on the outer forewing which seems characteristic of this and several other Syneora spp.. A similar dot is also seen on the B. phricomita specimens I've seen online.
