I thought it might be Lecithocera terrigena but it seemed a lot lighter in colour than usual.

Yes, but shows the light line with a black spot either end which seems to show up in several L. terrigena photos which is why I've suggested it. Some what tentatively though.

shows several species with the two dark dots, but none with the pale connecting line.
In his original description of Lecithocera terrigena, Meyrick remarks that L. terrigena is a darker species than L. micromela, so I think 4376509 is more likely L. micromela.
