Yes all the stripy Pyraloidea seem to have prominent porrect palps, and all the stripy Tineoidea have fuzzy heads. I think I see upturned palps foreshortened by the dorsal viewpoint, so maybe Gelechioidea.

There aren't many photos from life I can find to compare with online, but this ID I think fits much better both with the only other CNM image of the species and the one on iNaturalist.
