This specimen looks likely to be the so-called 'Stibaroma sp.(1)' recognised by the Moths of Victoria authors (see the supporting CD to Part 5) because a 'short dark line at the forwring base' looks to be present as described on the pdf page entitled 'StibNis.pdf' . That is, it is probably not S. melanotoxa because that species lacks the 'short dark line.
