I am proposing, given the joint decision by the moth moderators to re-clasiify either P. flexirenea of P. verecunda as T, flexirena or T. verecunda respectively following Hitchcock et al 2018, I am proposing that this sighting is now better classified as T. verecunda. MoV Part Part 9 at page 1/6 for T. verecunda has a detailed account of the aharacteristiscs and variation in the T. verecunda species group. I think the dark reniform mark is less distinct and characteristic of T. verecunda as described; and there is clearly a black orbicular mark present which is indicative of T. verecunda. Also the inner pale segment of the forewing is only very weakly contrasting compared with the rest of the forewing, - another T. verecunda characteristic.
