Possibly. I am not 100% sure it is Bulbine at all. The anthers are arranged as in Bulbine glauca. However the photo is not clear enough to show the hairy filaments of the stamens (taken too close and not enough depth of field?). A photo of the whole plant showing the glaucous (bluish) leaves and their arrangement would help.
