Yes, I think you may be correct. Although S. ochrophara is very similar looking. Both occur (according to iNaturalist) in Tasmania and southern Victoria, but S. ochrophara has been recorded before in this regioi\n, BOLD only has S, plagiotis specimens from Tasmania.

Hi donhe. I have noticed this issue too. But I think it may be context sensitive for some reason. That is, if you are a moderator updating the URL entry for a species from the lowest level, ie. a region, it will work, but not always when working from a higher level. Just an hypotheisis on my part. I would like an expert to answer this for us.
