User's notes

Mapped with Field Maps Non-treated Weeds 2024/25; probably over 100 under Cherry Ballart; photos taken from one side of the Cherry Ballart. I discovered the Bridal Creeper patch during Serrated Tussock spraying; I think there are many germinating and I will present more photos from the other side of the Cherry B. I propose 1. removal of top soil with the tubers and seeds; 2. survey for Bridal Creeper under canopy of Cherry Ballarts in this area - see our other CNM sightings and Field Maps records of 2023/24 and 2024/25 Treated and Non-treated weeds.

HarleyB please see my comment above
I can dig out single plants but not 3square meters. Friends of Mt Majura don't have the herbicide to deal with BC. I think Parks is overwhelmed with other stuff and don't have time to control WoNS on Mt Majura...

Hi Waltraud, I went out this afternoon and dug out and removed the Bridal Creeper from this location, lots of small plants. I found some others in the general area. I had my 6 year old with me and he was getting bored so I didn’t spend as much time as I would have liked, but I’ll come back and look for more in the near future. I mapped everything I did on treated 2024/25.
