I agree this is probably not S. optivata. But looking at the Scopula species, I suggest this moth is most like S. liota. I say this because I think the 'blocky shape'' overall (especially the rounded forewing tips) fit and the dot and dash pattern (wing margins) seems to be consistent with that species. Most S. liota are whitish, its seems whereas in S hypochra its seems to me the species is most often more brownish overall with more prominent wing banding.
