User's notes

Frogs mating in photo, a lot of frogs in this location. Saw 6 frogs but would not be surprised if there were 50-100 in the area from the amount of calling.

The frogs are Crinia signifera but they lay eggs singly attached to submerged grass stems. The eggs here are probably Limnodynastes

Hi wombey, thanks for the info, there were several different frog calls coming from this little puddle so it makes sense that they’re from a different species. Should I remove the photo of the eggs as they aren’t relevant?

It's your call. I would if it was my posting.

Thanks John, The photo of the incorrect eggs has been removed from the sighting. In hindsight I was wrong to add them, I was making an assumption. I’m learning so much from CNM.
