Have you considered Speckled Warbler? The habitat looks wrong for Cisticola and the pair I can see look a lot like Speckled Warblers. The ground dwelling habit seems appropriate as well. Can you also put the Red-browed Finch in as a separate sighting?

Yep I agree as well. You can see the white band on the end of the tail of the upper bird. ID from the above - challenging! :)

Great, many thanks. Excellent to record a pair of Speckled Warblers at this camera. I have uploaded the Red-browed Firetail as a separate sighting. Neochmia temporalis (Red-browed Finch)
