User's notes

The Stick insect was measured at 16cm and had suffered trauma to its front legs, with parts missing. It was hanging from a tree (not a Eucalypt) close to ground level so presumably had been attacked by something. Additional details are provided in previous sighting 4362397.

Based on this insect lacking broaden middle and back legs, having very long cerci (terminal appendages on abdomen) and having relatively large antennae I don't think it is a Tropidoderus species
