This looks similar to a Conecia sp. case as shown on LBH. I have not found a case for Psychanisa sp. online.

This does look remarkably like the Scott's sisters' drawing of the case of Conoeca guildingi.

Hi Don, No I didnt rear it. I honestly cant rember, I posted the image in 2020, I think that I would have looked through CNM images to get an ID.
