Thelys are difficult. Superficially this looks like T. peniculata, and I have confirmed it as such. However, really need more information particularly in regard to the leaf. Nice photo.

Thanks Tony, I had not appreciated the diagnostic significance of the leaf in this genus. I have a habitat photo, but unfortunately the plants were growing among a dense stand of Lomandra and grasses and I can't see the orchid leaf. I will know better next time.
