Yellow burr daisies are one of the hardiest daisies in the park,I was planted many years ago and has spread. Seem to be drought tolerant. Like sun.

This Brachychiton populneus subsp. populneus, has come in from the surrounding area and is known to be very weedy in some areas..

Do you have any additional images? Sorghum will have a ring of hairs around the nodes in the stems.

Both serrated tussock and Austrostipa scabra have leaves that feel "serrated". This is quite a green, floppy tussock which is more typical of serrated tussock, although the two species can appear identical.
