This plant has many common names , eg Native Mint, Native Thyme, Tucker Bush, , Cut-leaf Mint.
It was classified as Prostanthera incisa. Ruth

It could well be P.incisa, but i'm not able to make that call myself on the material provided. Prostanthera are commonly misidentified in plantings and P.incisa is somewhat of a catch-all taxon
