Also, only the third sighting for Canberra & Southern Tablelands region this spring/summer of the Pallid Cuckoo. I think there is concern that the data may be suggesting that this species is in decline.

Beautiful bronze and green plumage. Somehow you have created photos of the cuckoo in profile that have almost the appearance of Audubon watercolours. A pleasure to look at.
