Antennae about as long as body; Mottled colouration on wings; Thin antennae. Maybe fits in Hydrobioside or Stenopsychidae

Probably family Leptoceridae. Not Stenopsychidae or Hydropsychidae, wrong shape, wing pattern and stance for either of these.
