There are only two ACT records of Little Stinker on Atlas of Living Australia, both from Tidbinbilla, great to have another location.

Sounds plausible. It's commonly reported to have a very unpleasant smell, like very rotten cabbage if I remember correctly. However, smell is very variable and the few times I've bothered to smell what I think is this species, the smell has been un-appealing but not high on my scale of unpleasantness.
