Two bees seen. The first one, in the first photo, crawled slowly along the ground, possibly emerging from a hole, before flying off. The second one landed briefly on a flowering Leucopogon attenuatus before flying a short distance and landing on the ground. It then proceeded to burrow under a group of stones, pushing dirt out behind it. I watched it burrowing for about 20 minutes.
