User's notes

In grassy woodland; sprayed by contractor in lieu of Serrated tussock; the speargrass was broadcasted by FoMM as part of the improvement of a very weedy 10ha site a project at The Fair. Volunteers did all the work from weeding raising the money to buy seeds direct seeding and monitoring. It is devastating to see that the successful established speargrasses are poisoned. We do not understand why volunteers were not informed about the work since it is well-known that volunteers work this > 10ha site since more than 10 years (or it should be known), see https://majura.org/progress-the-fair/ .
