Just curious as to the objective of the restoration? And whether or not there has been consideration as to what taxa are used in plantings? I have worked with groups undertaking 'restoration' in the south of Canberra and have always pressed for the selection of local endemics rather than cultivars or non-local native species as is often done. I realise this isn't the fault of Landcarers and it is not that these plantings have no benefit, but I cannot say that I see these actions as true restoration myself. Though of course, that depends on the goal of the project.
