User's notes

ID tentative. leaves appear to be septate, somewhat flattened, to 7 cm, sometimes longer sometimes shorter than culm. Stamens - I could only see 3 or 4 (using hand lens). Leaves auriculate. Plant ash rhizome, is perennial. Growing in saturated ground with Gonocarpus micranthus and tiny Isolepis sp. A capsule would have helped but plants were immature.
