Possibly - probably A calcaris; but insufficient clarity or detail to be sure. The pruinescence, if that's what it is is supportive, but it looks like fungal hyphae when zoomed in. Location is good for Powdered Flatwing, but Common Flatwings also occur there.

Looks like a mite on the flower. A side shot of a Whalenbergia flower showing the petals and tube helps with the ID
