Possibly, but the first line of 4 dots seem to be in the wrong position, although it could be a foreshortening effect due to the angle of the photo (ie see last photo). However the antennae are apparently black in C. lasiocosma, but they are white here. But I notice on the ALA the antennae of some specimens of C. lasiocosma appear white (sex linked?).

The left forewing margin of this specimen looks damaged, so I can see the hindwing margin through it. BOLD has one C. epadelpha with the black spots in the right places. Meyrick says the antennae are white,
