Is this a variant of Snowy River Wattle? Most of the plants in the vicinity were like the one on the left in the scan of the branches, which came from the right hand plant in the last picture. This plant had bluer foliage with broader phyllodes, and flower development was later and not as much at the ends of the branches.

Looks fine for A. boormannii to me, I think the species can have some degree of variation from what I've seen.

Wal I did map it on Untreated and just checked - the patch of A. boormanii is there.

Barb now I can see the soft pink blotch too - it wasn't there before. Maybe, it took a while to sass it out. :-)
