I treated 5 Serrated Tussock plants of various sizes by cutting and spraying with Glyphosate and removed small ST manually with a mattock. Seed heads of large ST already broken off and blown away. Mapped with Field Maps / Treated weeds; requires follow-up; small tussocks may have been missed. The area has patches of bare ground which provide ideal conditions for this gap coloniser. Apart from surveying, and follow-up weeding, I suggest continuing direct seeding native ground-cover plants as we have done successfully at other places.
