Unfortunately there are no seeds on this one which is the best clincher for the ID but the leaves are different to E. billardiereanum and the swampy higher altitude habitat is the right spot for this species
Not sure I agree with E.gunnianum here, looks much more like the montane form for E.billardiereanum. Gunnianm has leaves with a greater degree of rounding & fewer teeth, plus they are often have purplish edges. It doesn't occur this low (or in the montane zone at all really), prefering subalpine bogs.
