User's notes

Counted seven of these butterflies (a group of four and a group of three on trees about 100 metres apart), chasing each other and then perching, mostly high up in the trees on the eastern edge of the Murrumbidgee River between Pine Island and Point Hut. One of the most challenging butterflies to photograph.

Question for @michaelb re the "Record quality" status of negative for "Nearby sighting(s) of same species" - how does this work when for this sighting it should be a tick?

Hi Matthew, there doesn't appear to be any other "nearby sightings" here. The limit is 100m from where this one one seen, so it seems ok to me.

PS - I mean yours is the only one of this species.

Just over 100m but I'd say they exist in many more places along this stretch of the Murrumbidgee River.
