I've spoken to Kim Pullen, he's pretty sure this is Paropsisterna cloelia.

@tpreston Thanks Trevor. I did consider this but not being an expert the photos I'd seen of this species were more reddish around the head area. However, I'm happy to have Kim's expert opinion. Alison

Kim's just messaged me, and after a longer look he's now sure it's P agricola. Sorry about that.

From Kim "I've just checked further, and I'll correct the ID to Paropsisterna agricola, which has an all-black form (although it's a small minority of the overall population). It seems the dark form of P. cloelia still has some yellow or red around the sides of the elytra."
