Unfortunately the resolution and focus of the photo are insufficient to allow a confident identification. It could be P. atrata or P. ventrolineata, or indeed an other species. The eyes are not visible, nor the ventral surface.

Probably no need to kill it, it is a native, although if its a stripe bellied flatworm it originated in another part of australia. Best to leave it. Happy for more sightings with a closer view.
