I agree it is C. fuscata but the dorsal sepal is a bit unusual. It looks like it is not opened and is curled forward. Occasionally orchid flowers do appear as they should and can be quite unusual where some tepals appear differently or you can get more than six or the specialized ones like the labellum just appear in a simpler form. These occasional odd forms are said to be peloric flowers. It is not just a seasonal oddity as the same plant will produce these odd flowers each year. It could be one to visit again in following years.
