Looks like A. rubida, which flowers now. A implexa flowers in summer / autumn. Do the bipinnate leaves belonging to the plant shown in photo 2?

Mature Acacia rubida plants very often have bipinnate leaves towards the base of the plant at the same time as phyllodes; it's often a 'give-away' for the species.

A rubida is a wonderful species to explain the evolution of wattle foliage resp phyllodes; and this is a wonderful specimen and great photos.
