Very long antennae (about 40 mm), prominent green eyes, wings iridescent, body about 10 mm

Possibly, but I can’t find a live photo to compare. The description also says antennae twice wing length. The antennae on this specimen were much longer than that. Colour wise the closest match seems to be N. panaeola http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/adel/panaeola.html
