Dave Albrecht at the Australian National Herbarium has advised that it's probably L. browniana (rather than L. simplicicaulis) as the hypanthium looks very asymmetrical, but to be certain he would need to see leaves, seeds and know the floral dimensions.

Thanks Rosemary, I've added a poor photo of the leaves and if I ever see it again I'll take some more detailed photos

Dave said "the leaf images lend weight to it being L. browniana", so I've confirmed that name.
