Beautiful photos!! The colours come out really nicely. I just added Araneus circulissparsus (species group), which I'm quite sure yours will go under; the species page has information from Whyte & Anderson's guide (and if you look in the book, there are 4 images of females) and the external link will take you to ALA's site. I briefly looked for revisions for Araneus spp in Australia and there doesn't seem to be any yet, but hopefully there'll be one soon!
