Looks to me like Dolophones conifera (maybe more accurate to go under Dolophones sp), but I don't know of any that are almost purely black (aside from the white and reddish brown hairs on the legs and the blue-white segment on the lower abdomen)... And otherwise, there could be similar species or genus under Araneinae that I haven't checked with.
