Looks like this E. heatwolei was not far from your E. tympanum record. The two species do occur in sympatry (together) but tympanum tends to occur in the bogs and wet heaths and heatwolei just metres away in drier habitat (open forest or along rocky creeks). A great situation to study any interactions between the two species. Will.

The heatwolei was on rocks forming the foundation of a (road) bridge across a creek and the typanum was on a log on the creek bank not far away so both in their proper place
