Around 30cm tall, growing in Smokers Flat.

No idea. It vaguely looks like an Epilobium. Except for the very long curved style, and the leaves are wrong too. A pity you did not take a sideways on photo to show what the sepals and the flower stalks look like. I presume there were no developing seed cases.
