I suspect this is Solanum chenopodioides from the shallowly lobed leaves and the way the stalk of the fruiring cluster near the bottom of the photo is becoming sharply bent down. The undersides of the leaves of chenopodioides are hairy. Do you have a photo of the undersides of the leaves?
