This area has been sprayed but needs another treatment. Closeups show seedhead and seeds with distinctive lopsided awns. Tussocks are not vey green with this dry weather.
Most of my sightings of serrated tussock go onto the ACT Parks and Conservation Service weeds app Collector so they are mapped for eradication. Usually the sites need follow-up treatments for several years. Otherwise the tussock will take over.
