I removed a lavender plant from nearby but this one was too big to pull up.

PS - having known this area for about twenty five years it is quite astonishing to see the amount of weeds that have encroached the edge of the reserve from the newish housing developments nearby.

After all the rain I thought it might be worthwhile revisiting this weed to check if it could be easily removed. It was impossible to find since the area was recently mown, most likely by government contractors.
