Both Nobbi Dragons and Jacky Dragons occur at this location. They look incredibly similar as juveniles, I think this is likely a Jacky Dragon, however a definitive ID is not possible from this image.

Castiarina hilaris is smaller (about 7 mm long), with different texture on the upper surface giving it a kind of sparkling appearance. Castiarina scalaris is generally larger (about 10-11 mm, although occasionally smaller), with a shiny upper surface.
