Above photos taken 25-6-2019.
But on 25-9-2019, 5 adult ducks were seen wandering in the vicinity of the breeding trees, eventually leaving the area with no ducklings! Duck eggs had been found earlier on the ground below the breeding trees after a very windy period. Ducklings when on the ground also have to contend with being eaten by foxes and cats and chased by dogs!
