While this species is known to be variable, I think the specimens posted closely matches Victorian examples of the species visible on the ALA (Cathy Powers) and Moths of Victoria supporting CD to Part 8 (see p. 5/5 for the species). Bold Systems 4 recognises 3 populations: WA, Victoria and NSW. MoV describes this species as 'mainly winter-flying though it appears earlier at higher altitudes' (e. Tidbinbilla?).
