It is impossible to tell Microseris lanceolata and Microseris walteri apart from leaves or flowers, only from roots and seeds.

The rule of thumb in CNM is to call naturally occurring plants walteri if they are growing under about 1000 m altitude.
However, if this is planted, you will have to wait till it seeds to make a definite ID.
