A close-up photo of leaves has been added. I am unable to confirm this is A.acinacea.

Probably Acacia acinea. The description on Plantnet agrees with what can be seen in the photos.

Jennie, I agree but I was wondering whether we need to definitvely confirm the species. In some cases growers don't know what they are growing. We have bought a number of plants which are not what they say on the label.
