User's notes

The images show a pair of wasps following mating and after they had separated. The wingless female was considerably smaller than the male.

Hi Alison
See : https://www.cabi.org/isc/datasheet/109215
A quote from that page:
Females yellow-flower wasps (Radumeris tasmaniensis) are about 30 mm long with a 40 mm wingspan and have a large robust body with a broad abdomen.
So this one can't be Radumeris tasmaniensis as you confirmed. I will have to undo.

It looks similar to sighting 4198780, and the female looks very much like sighting 4242685.

Thanks Cath
Both the sightings you mentioned were confirmed by Kim P, so I guess that is the best we can do for now.
